PROSPECTIVE CLIENTS:
Please call the office to make an appointment with attorney Sumner if you are interested in discussing any legal matters. For your protection, PLEASE DO NOT SEND EMAILS REQUESTING LEGAL ADVICE OR DISCUSSING LEGAL MATTERS! This is necessary in order to protect your rights, as any information you send will not be privileged or protected by an attorney-client relationship because none currently exists between yourself and this office. No such relationship will exist until you have entered into and signed a retainer agreement with this office or consulted with this office in person! If you do send such information to this office without entering into a retainer agreement with us or consulting with us in person first, we could be forced by a court to share that information with others, including the other parties to your case, and that could seriously affect your legal rights and your case. This is for your protection, so please do not send such information to us or any other law firm unless you are absolutely sure that you have entered into a confidential attorney-client relationship.
We do, however, welcome requests for mailing information, help with directions, questions regarding attorney availability, and other general questions that do not contain information you wish to keep confidential or that do not concern a specific legal matter.
CURRENT CLIENTS: Email responses are returned as soon as possible. Due to our thriving practice, we are frequently away at court and may not receive email messages until late in the day or even the following day. Therefore, it is recommended that you call and leave a message with the office staff if you require a prompt response, as these are much easier to relay to the attorneys while outside of the office.
